I think she said "fanaaninta kooxda heegan ubaxa kacaanka iyo kooxda baambay", so the little girls group is called "heegan ubaxa kacaanka". Nothing wrong with the wariye if she is saying the name band.

..Heegan is the name of the police band, also kooxda bambayda are those that do the drums and stuff but by Ubaxa Kacaanka she meant those kids that are singing...I don't know which school they are from but they aren't Ubaxa Kacaanka..
