In what way? He's not wearing the traditional butler uniform nor is he serving her in this photo. Without those indicators, the only thing I can think of that may lead someone to make such a conclusion is the possibly sub-conscious or semi-conscious mentality that blacks are subservient or lower class compared to whites.
