the somali pm saacid shirdoon has revealed of a government plan to regain the key highways the connect mogadisho to kismaayo and baladweyne.
He said the mogadisho-afgooye-buurhakaba-baydhabo haighway has been effectively secured.
The governments troops are away from the al shabaab-held jilib 150km.


Advance preparation are taking place in cadaado with amisom troops arriving there earlier today. Its expected the pm to visit the town in oder to sit down for a region administrative talks with ximin iyo xeeb.
The pm has met so far ahlussuna groups in dhuusomareeb and caabudwaaq
