The new inexperienced Burco administration seems to be lagging behind, they should use better equipments.

You cant to anything without proper funds. The government gave the airport of Hargeysa & Berbera each 4 & 6 million dollars while Burco only got 500k and around the $50.000 from the diaspora. It just due to lack of funds, and thats the govts responsibility.

did they even plan this because it looks like they're just clueless.They should have had a proper design at first,worked out costs and go about doing the job.

As soon as i enter Berbera and am waiting in line to pay my entrance fee/ visa, im approached by female officers wearing jalabib asking for bribes. Plus each city has check points and some of them require more bribery money.

No one said it is a proper airport, only Hargeysa and Berbera have paved runways in the entire country. The Burco airstrip is too narrow and that is why it is
being enlarged, renovated.

Ceerigaabo also has its own functioning airstrip much bigger than the one in Burco.
