Moratorium on certain businesses.

The recently convened Somali parliament must include among items on its agenda for the current session, an act imposing temporary moratorium, putting on the brakes the further openings of anymore of certain lines of commerce.
As of late, the out of control propagation, in Somalia, of certain types of businesses have reached to such ridiculous height that is imperative for the authority to act at once and act swiftly. There is countless number of unneeded, undesired, and useless businesses that are sprouting out of everywhere and to such an extent that it has now become a major public nuisance of national proportion. Any individual or company caught in contravening with this new law should be held countable and pay a hefty fine of specified amount to be set in the aforesaid parliament act. The following is a preliminary list of the sorts of businesses that the public does not want to hear for many a year to come and thus ought to be placed on temporary moratorium until further review many years down the road or at least until such a time that the consuming public show any actual sign of appetite or need for them:
Carwo, pharmacy, hotel, xawaalad kidaa iyo kidaa, kaalin shiidaal, candho-meyd(don’t ask me what kind of shit one needs to smoke for him to come up a name like for lorries or trucks), MarkTwo, Timo jaraha sare ee such and such, stationary store, and last but not least, and for the love of god, please, no more macamacaanka sare named, Xalwo Kismaayo.
