Rumour has it, Qatar, Saudi, UAE are funding SNA
His meeting in Doha was about military funding from Qatar and the other two are making minor contributions which were aquired from the Arab ministers summit a few weeks ago.

If you mean the Somali National Army, then I'm not surprised. Isn't it the US that is financing Somalia's federal government? Considering how Qatar and the US are well aligned, politically and militarily, it makes sense that America's biggest Middle Eastern allies are helping it fund the US' client state government and army. It's not like the US can risk one of it's non-allies funding Somalia and potentially interfering with its dominance over Somalia.

Lol, I wonder if the US will invest in Somalia as their controlling point over Africa because most African countries apart from the Arab countries are uncivilized and not that intelligent, it begs the question: will they realise its potential and take advantage?
