Let's see how he'll rule. You know he practiced together with Isaak Hassan, the chair of the Electoral commision, one of the respondents. But i don't like the guy that much - he released Somali Pirates when he was the high-court judge in Mombasa, a decision that was later overturned by the Court of appeal.

Using common sense why would Kenya jail the Pirates and use the tax payers money to fund the cost?
So far the pirates do not hijack kenyan ships, the ships infact are mostly trawler ships that do over fishing in the coastal strips which also consequently affects fishermen in Kenya.

If the pirates were caught in Kenyan waters then the pirates should be prosecuted but if they were caught in the international waters then thats another burden to be avoided.

Somali Kenyans are head and shoulders ahead of their compatriots over the border when it comes to politics.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Kenya is the most Somali-friendly nation in the world. If you're a Somali and want to eat good, go to Kenya.
