dude the largest contigent army are Ethiopians with few djibouti troops while shabaab is in the gates of Hiraan waiting eagerly for Ethiopia to depart and chase out djibouti and the clan militia.

What they are doing is to appoint his competitor from the other clans and then a power struggle will occure, unexpectedly war can occure too but its not their option and not gonna start it. they asked for a new amisom commander from serrielione and they have this authority over amisom, then, accordingly the strengh will slowly shift to the official administration and will pull the rug from under the feets of the broke away administration

I think the control of the airport and seaport revenues will be vital.
If the Govt refuse to recognise J/Land it will be easier to keep 100% of the revenues.
Being unrecognised will work in J/Lands favour.
