It may be possible. In my opinion it depends on a lot of things like the reason you decided to marry and procreate with an ajnabi person. The main purpose of marriage.is to procreate so where you will live and raise your kids is important because your children's allegiance to your country will depend on that. One of my close relatives was married to a Saudi woman back in the day and he raised his kids in Somalia as Somalis. Even their mom culturally became a Somali woman. I can see someone like that being Wadani. The Somali writer Nurradin Farah on the other hand married a mulatto Nigerian woman and allowed his kids to be raised as non-Somalis in South Africa.
