I never understood these labels people put on themselves. If you are Muslim, you are Muslim. Don't put yourselves in sects. The Hadith has been very clear in this: You and your 72 sects will burn in Hell.

The 1st of the 73 is the only ones who will be spared: Islam on its own.

Yes Salafi is a sect too. I know Salafis who refuse to speak with any Muslim who isn't a Salafi.

Nope, I don't believe in labeling each other with sects, in the hadith where the prophet says that only 1 sect goes to heaven I see it as multiple people from different sects going to heaven because whats in their hearts, to say be a salafi or you'll go to hell is a stupid statement which is being repeated out there by these fanatics, I'm not saying what I follow is better, I'm just a muslim who values spiritual knowledge in the religion.
