Isaaq & Hawiye were massacred by darood dictator Siyad Barre & traitor Abdullahi Yusuf(ofcourse using xabashi muscle) therefor i say they have more right to share power 50% 50%, as for Darood they must only get Foreign Minister.
If that is not agreed upon then perhaps we should allow Isaaqland to be recognized. In that way Isaaqland dominates their darood servants, while Hawiyeland dominates darood.
