a relative of mine once said to me if you get into accident with a man and his camel(s) and you can save either the man or the camel(s), hit the man and save the animal(s). He said in Somali tradition, the clan will pay for the blood money but they won't help you with the camel(s). strange world

Other members of your family pay into the insurance plan (which covers you aswell since you share ABTIRSI.
(liability coverage).

This means, when you whack someone or injure them, you are covered.
But if something was to happen to you, you are not covered for you havent
paid into the system.
