Yeah , because they had a hostage , an american hostage .

Look nobody's denying that civilians have unfortunately died in the process of the war against al qaeada .
However the intention of the United Staes gov is not to kill civilians , unlike what the terrorist do .
Anybody who cannot make that difference is not honest , if not dumb
