A strong federal J/Land is in p/l strategic interests.
P/L has next to no influence in Xamar...J/Land is a way back into the south..politicall, economically and militarily.

so him visiting PL is the result of pl supporting JL formation and not a pres supposed to be visiting a region he is a pres of?
