True story
The other day we were talking to my uncle in Kismaayo; and he said something funny. He said Barre earned the right to stay in Kismaayo as a disabled veteran. I didn't know this but my uncle swore about it; Barre lost an eye and badly damaged his groin area in a firefight in Diif last time he got kicked out of Kismaayo. And then after that he had a bad accident in Gedo. My uncle was like " Dadka curyaamiinta ah waxaa saa loogu galay kuwa ladan inay ku cimri qaataan"

Both you and your uncle have a sick sense of humor.

It's not so much sick humor but one with subtle meaning, it's goes deep into the psychology field, belittle and dehumanize ur former master inorder to feel somewhat better due to years of anger and frustration. Guhaad is well known and in the record books for suffering from Hiraale Phobia.

Laughing not only at a man's wounds during battle but even a potentially fatal accident he survived, just shows how much he relishes in the pain of others.

Barre had an eye injury in Baardheere during the ICU when some Shabaab to be set roadside bomb for him in his base in Muuri. This was late 2006. Since then he has been in Kismaayo multiple times including when he fought Shabaab for three days before leaving. Lol @ your uncle. I don't want to say anything about people but Barre didn't ask permission to be in Kismaayo and he will be in Kismaayo long after Kenya. I wonder what you and your uncle will talk about in the future.

Barre is not there to start a war. The Man is older now, and has been enjoying His retirement. I hope He just enjoys His Kismaayo villa and mango lasses while all this craziness in Kismaayo unfolds. The Man ruled Kismaayo for 10 years. Who has the balls to come to Him and question His presence there?
