Barre did his thang by pulling few strings in Mogadishu and in kismaayo upon his arrival, Cabbaas made sure his weight was felt t by the regions stake holders. The Ugaas dealt the final blow
by displaying the unity of beesha when it comes to Kista. Saacid got his wish from IGAD.

We dont have such titles to be fair.
Next time when you are recording such stuff from a marfash at least know the culture of the people you want to dupe.
