london and ankara, mogadisho and kismoyo

Post by sahal80 »

sources are saying the kismayo conference has been totally halted after they were about to finish the selection of the ergo that would vote by a request from igad.

the igad and govt delegation will be heading mogadisho after kismayo.

The govt is preparing some of its official group to include them in the igad delegation but are unkown who are they and from wich level, the rest of igad delegation are made up of one senior delegate of each member state of igad led by the igad executive secretary ''composed of representatives of the federal somali govt and one senior delegate from each member state of igad'

after their visits to kismayo and mogadisho they would submite report to the igad meeting on the sidelines of the AU summit in this may in addis.

Igad has already backed the govts national stabilization plan as the only method to be followed for setting up administrations and its expected kismayo to follow the same steps that have been taken in other regions.

The turkish pm has released statement of apologizing of not partaking in the london conference.

Some see that turkey who has its own initiative for every somali issue is not supporting this conference wholeheartedly and that they had better friendship with the ex govt but this one is more closer to the westren countries.

Reasonably, the somali president has given the assential role to the uk because this conference is basically a diplomatic conference and officials from 50 countries and organisations will be attending including the UN, AU, IMF...on tuesday.

According to the guardian, the somali president who is co-hosting the conference will present plans for rebuilding military, police and justice system.
