Money talks loud and right now, Canada has the 10th largest economy in the world so they are very relevant at the moment.

Economically, very very relevant. Politically, they are nothing.
It's almost a 2 trillion dollar economy according to the IMF and it's a small nation and expected to overtake UK and France soon economically.
They'll always be the shadow of the USA though.

NO, Canada is not relevant to the international stage. Nor are they looking to be relevant. As far as I am concerned, Canada is a sleeping giant who has enough self esteem to just chill, and let the cousin, next door do ALL the chest puffing. My only beef with them is that, they bow down to Her majesty little island government. (UK's Queen Elizabeth) Also, it is a sociaistl country. Capitalism needs to be introduced to this country, but to think about it, maybe Capitalism doesn't work for everybody. They have national medical health care system, a good welfare system, the country is clean and well taken cared of, albeit not so sparkling lively like the americans, but that's OK. There should ONLY be one America, and babyyyy...... darn it, we are that one anointed one!

If you encounter a Muslim brother who is a wanted fugitive, would you report him to the Canadian authorities who have been good to you?

It just ain't relevant..it like Chalmers of the Miami Heat going on the microphone announcing that he will not talk to Kobe Bryant ..that's what Canada said abt Iran, like they mattered
