In a multiclan country like Somaliland (aka British Somaliland)where the state belongs to all its citizens, people are allowed to reside anywhere they want as defined in our constitution and also other Somalis from the Horn are given the right to remain protected from deportation during conflict regardless of their clan yet in Somalia one part people are in effect deported due to clan background
