Lol these two control their lands where you got al shabaab controlling most of jubbaland or even kismayo having now two presidents with a lot of armies arriving kismayo since last night and imptying the frontlines.
I see the world to support the govt view of dib uheshiisiin and warning from a clan wars
Here is the pms dib uheshiisiin committee going to kismayo despite the new kismayo events.

I am going to only speak for what I know .
As an Isaaq I would NOT claim to be free from bias , however .
1/ If you would have wanted to do an 'idoor" { I rule my land kinda sh,yt} , one should have done it 21 yrs ago .
2/ After we've accomplished the de facto political separation of what's known as the former british protectorate of Somaliland , we've invited EVERYBODY to the table with out FOREIGN interference . We've had some success with some and less success with others . We haven't stopped trying despite it all

The president of Somalia as well as the international community know that Somaliland can ONLY be brought back in some kind of greater arrangement WHEN the political situation in Somalia permits it .{ multi tribal democratic states }

Just because we may look the same doesn't automatically mean we may think the same

With amisom he controls most of the south, he controls the somalias airpace and resources. Do you control kismayo on your own?
Anyways the igad delegation are arriving xamar before kismayo within the next three days to be joined by the govts delegation from there so what do you think their report would be after they see two presidents in there? You got djbouti, sudan, south sudan, uganda, somalia vs two guys from kenya and ethiopia! Kenya is still intervining but ethiopia has stopped since the igad meeting. Also the govt has threatened kenya two days ago after the return of some delegates from kismayo airport and they were shitting themselves but the govt has stopped it after they started shaking and this official delegation are now heading there let us see if they can stop them.
To be honest the govt is more strongger now than ever also al shabaab are strongger now because they both can be seen as alternative by the people.
I have the link right now about the armies arriving kismayo from war frontlines but I don't like to post bad news just check kismaayonews

Are serious? The conference had a strategic planning but not a strategic thinking therefore there was no strategic decision and the shaykh has spoiled it more as being the only murashax who wins all the 500 votes.
Anyways the govt delegation have entered the town to start it from the beginning. if he had authority he would have stopped them you got barre hiiraale as well there with his elected admin!

Your Hag president is grasping at straws.
Igad were observing the whole process and will soon deliver their verdict to the international community.
There is nothing Xamar can do.....Kismayo will be known as Free Kismayo from now on. :D :som:

Why your avoiding to answer about the core problem? Be rational and give me some figures or a good point.
There was article yesterday/last night in kismaayonews but he delated it maybe because of being under pressure. The guy is outspoken person and nearly impartial, its the only site I read when it comes to jubooyinka.
The title was candidates who boycotted the election or some thing like in their absence... He said "madoobe was under xamar pressure he even tried to wake up the delegation at mid-night and get elected, he also didn't wait for farsamada who were at that time in the airport, the absence of many candidates and the shirgudoonka... Mohamed ameen who was kept at the airport for two days and was waiting the govt delegation to get in with some secret info says he is the new lower jubba governor.. The night before the election day a govt allied army have emptied the front line and come back to kismayo..so his election was a declaration of war or to lead the war having the legitimacy and that he is going to attack barre hiiraale group"
I just tried to re-read it again this day and couldn't find it.
The point is that the shykh has fallen into the govts trap and was doing what he was thinking rather than what he wanted to do and his election has been rediculed by the other candidates in his camp for allowing himself to be the only murashax.
Things are now more complicated for the shaykh and is unable to escape from this trap, his choice was a destructive one. If he let the great conference decide it would have looked like a well-meaning idea that leads the people along a good path but now its the govt to do such thing as they all falled, war still remains high...
There are now(in kismayo) the govt delegation besides the commandant of the army so how can you claim controlling the town when they are not recognizing you and are meeting the elders and the army? Come up with a better argument!

Sahal-

The only thing wrong with your analysis is the group which left the frontlines at Goobweyne are Marehan led by Cabaas (Marehan/Talxe). They came back after the first plane carrying Mohamed Amin was turned back. Here was Cabaas attacking Kenya troops for misusing the airport (a simar charge said by Barre yesterday on VOA)

http://kismaayo24.net/?p=61055

Cabaas today called om the rest of troops I'm the Jubba Valley to come back to Kismaayo and give loyalty to Barre Hiiraale

http://warqaad.com/2013/05/15/dhagayso- ... yimaadaan/

He was the security chief of Kismaayo under the Isbahaysiga Dooxada Jubba and fought with Ahmed Madoobe before when they were stationed together in Dhooblay by the Kenyans
