ur right and they should have sidewalks with black-n-yellow kerbs as well along with both working lamposts and stand up traffic lights not only in harg but also at least 6 other cities

Common sense without special knowledge about it tells me that you either gotta make the road slightly more elevated than the sides if you wanna leave as it is as it is or you need build sidewalks, otherwise it's all gonna back to its former dirt track glory
