although i wish no ill feeling against somalia italia, if they dont respect somaliland and tries to undermine our de facto sovereingty (which will be de jure soon) than i'd have no sympathy for the fragility currently facing xamar and the likely disintegration of that country post amisom due to clan tensions

Iska Ilaaw sxb. It would be more likely for Silaanyo to be struck by lightening than him bringing Ictiraaf shit. When he came here to look for support, He only met a short fat Chinese guy. You will need more than a chinese guy to get recognition from Mareexaan Prime Minister don't you?

Listen, this is not a history thread so don't call us italian somaliland. If you would like to stay in the 50s its up to you but we are called the Republic of somalia.

Besides I don't think these colonial names have a point because jubbaland is in the south and it was 40 years a british protectorate before the british somaliland also the british have ruled the whole somalia during the second world war for 8 years to the point they asked mogadisho not to bring back the italians with a promise to give us back the hood region and NFD. Old somali generals speak english like siyaad barre because of this also the italians have accupied the british somaliad for a year.

yeah but as far as im aware there were only TWO not three, four or more regions that formed the defunct somali republic (1960 - 1991) and only can be divided into TWO, we were two people in a partnership not two two body parts of a human being therefore separation is legal in my watch

agree, two of these somalilands have united, therefore, officially, divorce needs two people not one side. We aren't forcing you so don't force us.
Anyways, our president doesn't force you or claim being bractically one body he says xiligii midnimada waa lagaarey.

They think some sort of political form can sort it out but the south will never clash with you. there maybe a diplomatic conflict and interests as you consider yourself a different country.
I think because there are no xamar people in waqooyi if somaliland makes a southren allies like jubbaland they may put pressure on the govt.
