J/Land will not be some petty tribal fiefdom...its far too important a region for that.
It will be a free state where all clans will have equal opportunities.

But what needs to be ensured is that the non-Darod locals, who have been living in those regions for hundreds of years, don't get sidelined, bullied and silenced so then people from Las Anod like yourself can get representation.
