New military commanders for Jubbaland named

The militar commanders of Gedo and Lower Jubba have been changed.
The new commander of Gedo is Gen Black (Facaye Sade), he replaces Gen Sareey (Marehan, Darod)
The new commander of Lower Jubba is Gen Makoma (Somali bantu), he replaces Gen Saxardiid (Ogaden Absame)

lol @changing the MX commander by another MX but trynna replace the OG one by a bantu
