H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud,
Mr. Chairman.
Excellencies,
As I said before My Government is aggressively engaged in outreach programmes, and to further our previous political outreach we have recently sent a committee from the cabinet and the parliament to Kismayo on 15 May 2013 to initiate dialogue with the local stakeholders. However, AMISOM contingent in the area did not treat the committee well.
I therefore, would like to strongly emphasize the importance of this as some of the International Community is still giving wrong signals to some groups or regions in Somalia. This will only create more problems to the prolonged political fragmentation that we are trying so hard to solve.
At the same time, Ahmed Madoobe is stepping up his rhetoric rejecting the IGAD outcome and saying we will defend our existence if we have to.
War is coming.

Do you men the people of the Ogaden clan of Afmadow District? As far as I know, Xassan Sheikh has more Support In Kismaayo than Axmad madoobe. Other than Ogaden, name one clan that would side with axmad madoobe if war begins? Seeraar and Axmad madoobe grew up in Iffo and Xagardheer and they want to go back to Qaxooti again.

What war are you talking about?
Kismayo is enjoying a period of peace and stability.
Business is booming....the diaspora Somalis are coming back to settle and invest.
J/Land has finally been achieved.
A new J/Land police force has been deployed throughout the city.
Who and what is going to make war against the peoples J/Land?
Maybe you had a moryaan invasion in mind eh?
