The earlier Puntland and Jubba delegation is also rumored to participate in these talks.The Jubbaland delegation is open to allowing the government to have input in building the remaining organs of the Jubba Government but it will reject any suggestion of nullifying the outcome of the Kismaayo conference which is the source of their legitimacy( The vast majority of Jubba elders elected them).

If the Turtlenian Govt submits to MurtadMadoobe then they have lost whatever support they had from islamists like me.

No madoobe is not in nairobi only faroole and his group, I think faroole will meet hassan sheekh when he is back to nairobi.
