For skin care:
-Peel one fresh pineapple and cut into four wedges. While showering, massage wedges into skin, starting at shoulders and working down to feet. Finish by cleansing with a light shower gel, and rinse thoroughly, this will leave your skin soft.
Using baby products:
-I find that using baby wipes are great makeup removers, especially around the delicate eye area. They are also effective hand and face refreshers.
-Baby oils and bath treatments contain natural, nourishing ingredients for skin. Look for brands listing lavender and chamomile as ingredients.
And lastly stay away from vitamin A. It seems odd that taking too much of a vitamin would affect the skin in a negative way. However, if you're drinking more than 16 ounces of a vitamin A fruit or vegetable juice each day, it will cause your skin to turn flakier, thinner, and give it a yellow or grey cast.
Well, that’s all for now, but I will perhaps share more later.
