This true incident happened today when the Somali Police Commissioner was forcefully arrested and molested by two Ugandan soldiers. You can hear one of them in the background saying " F you and your president". Apparently Culusoow was due to arrive at the airport to receive EU delegation and the commander was waiting for the arrival of the president. And this is what happened:
