Habargidir would be the last clan in Somalia to unite. I think Alshabaab and Dawlada would be more likely to unite than Sacad and Saleebaan. Sxb Lets just face the reality. It will not happened.

Tiiceey did not have the Family Accent. He had Reer Xamar plus Isaaq Accent. The new president will have Saleebaan accent.
