Somalis should not be Business Partners for qabil

What we learn from St. Louis Incident is that, Qabil ties do not work well in Business Partnership. Either look for people that you love or Unrelated people that you can write down business contract and sign before a lawyer. Axmad Dirir had to kill himself and Others because he got into a business partnership for people that he didn't know or Love based on Qabil. We do not want to loose another 3 Somalis iyo habar cadaan ah again.

Wallaahi I can get into Business partnership with a Jew and there would be no problem. We sign legally binding contract that I enforceable by law and We will settle in court if anyone cheats. Why fight?

I think a sheikh should supervise and enforce the business partnerships. The sheikh should require each partner to place his/her hand on the Quran and swear on Allah that he/she will uphold the terms of the partnership.

I agree with OP, funny thing is that they think because of the qabiil relationship it will all go well not taking into account the human nature and danger of money. Even the quran will not be respected in most cases. People use it for situations like that which involve money & power but as soon as it begins they completely forget their oaths! Subhan Allah! May allah have mercy on the departed muslims. I'm not really sure if i should include the cadaan lady tho. Not that i think she deserved it but i dont think i am suppose to make dua for a non believer.
