The Germans take part in manufacturing Airbus. Germans are known for quality products from brands such as BMW, VW, Audi, Adidas, Sennheiser, Grundig, Siemens, Bosch, etc. So, my vote goes to Airbus.

Europeans manufacture their own fighter jets. The Russians also have fighter jets that compete with American ones.
