Gaandhi's family is actually from Joorey and around Janaay Cabdalle but regardless who cares where was born; he is an Ogaden and the Ogaden in Fiiq or Hargeele or Awaare has the same responsiblity and duty as the one who was born in Jubbaland to defend it and saveguard it from the HAG marauding policies.
