UN offical arrested in somaliland.

I heard this on VoA
apparently he stole someones suitcase (probably from a somaliland governmental offical) that contained documents and laptops. He was arrested whilst on board heading to mogadishu.
Has anyone heard this story as well?

Banning UNSOM altogether from Somaliland was a mistake, though. It will only result in fewer local development projects. As it is, Silaanyo already spends most of his administration's budget on the military. More needs to be allocated to social projects for odayaasha, ilmaha, naagaha, etc.

The UN bureaucracy hates somaliland with passion, even reer khatumo look like patriots compared to them.
there is no love lost, we need to keep reminding them who is boss, like cigaal used to do.
