The Liyuu police cowboys are done. Hundreds have fled the force and hundreds have pointed the gun back at Ethiopia, they now remain in pockets around certain cities. They are a demoralized force who fear ONLF and usually just throw up the hands.

Its not unusual for the poor peasant soldiers from around Ethiopia to surrender frequently.
