How many of you will root for them if they qualify for the word cup?
Deep down I want em to get whacked , but I hope they do well for the sake of East Africa

I think they are very close. They may get lucky and get Libiya or similar team and they can beat them . The only way I see then not going to Brazil is if they draw Egypt , Nigeria and Ivory Cost and perhaps Ghana. They could beat any other remaining 6 teams

I'd support them, what's wrong with that, they'll be representing Ethiopia and whole of Africa. There's no doubt if it was a Somali team Ethiopians would root for them, I think they have a weird fascination with us

I root for most African nations but I would never root for Ethiopia. I dislike those midgets. I would also never root for Italy, Israel and Australia.

Not anymore. West Africans are better but the gap is closing
Ethiopia is two games away from making the World Cup and Uganda needs to beat Senegal in a one off match to make it to the next stage. Nigeria the so called powerhouse of African football has struggled to beat Kenya.

LOL habeshis are funny. Although I congratulate them for reaching at this stage of football. However II sometimes think whether their skinny legs would get crushed when competing against Africans.

If they have to get lucky to play Libya, then their qualifying means little. A contending team has to beat any team that challenges it.
