So here is the siutation
I went to Kenya in summer of 2011 and visited the family..met a bunch of cousins edos and atheers and ayeeyo
Anyways I just finished school Uni recently and got a job (alhamdulilah)
Also around this time for the past couple months one of the cousins that I met starting calling me one day..and it was cool at first you know
to hear how things are going in Kenya...and then the calls became daily like everyday at least 10 times and atleast 10 texts to go along with those
calls..(mind you this part of my family lives in badio) ..kind of funny how every single person as a celly or mobile as they say
Long story short she is talking about jaceel and she hiting me with some poetry " aboowe an isbarano"
I tried telling her that I am not interested...but it hasen't stopped ..everyday.like clockwork
I have no sisters so shes kinda like my sister.Dad's sisters daughter..I love her in that way..
I find the whole situation awkward...
What would you do? advice ....an easy let down in somali would be helpful

Until this point I thought you were a girl.
You are a way out of baadiyo. If first cousin marriage doesn't disgust you then marry her.

If that's how it's to you, then keep it to yourself. Millions of Muslims get married like that, and you would be disrespecting them and their faith for airing your view about it.
