It is a beautiful cloudy day with less dust, thanks to a shower rains that falled on some parts of Somaliland particulary on major cities especialy in Hargeisa area.

The polling stations opened exactly as planned on 6 on the dot. The polls are going as expected in an orderly peaceful manner. The elderly and the disabled are being given priority in the long queues.

The President casted his ballot early in the morning in the presence of international media. He gave a breif conference to the media urging the International community and in particular the Africans to respect the wishes and aspirations of this bright star in the horn of Africa.

Both the opposition leaders Mr. Ahmed M. Mahomoud (Siilaanyo) and Mr. Faisal Ali Waraabe also casted their ballots in polling stations around the capital city. They both urged the citizens to cast their ballots in a peaceful orderly way and obey the orders of the policemen.

What was Riyaale before he became a president??

I think most success for somaliland is because of the private sector,

I heard Riyaale saying that last year he had a budget of 30 million dollars, Thats equivalent to more the 70 ambassador hotel. A lot of things could have been done if he has that budget Yearly
