This boys are taking us to the lowest. He went to Jail for 14 Months and went to rape the girl who sent him to Jail to go to jail for more time.

This shows the American judicial/punishment system is ineffective. While incarcerated, they eat, sleep, watch TV, play, etc. When released, most become repeat offenders 'cause they aren't afraid of punishment (more eating, sleeping, watching TV, etc).
