So can someone answer this question for me, what is going to happen to Al-Uruba hotel? What is the owner going to do to it?

The hotel was and still is owned by the government. There were plans to renovate or rebuild if it's structurally possible but nothing concrete yet.

It was owned by Arabs and now some American guy owns it.

The federal government is in the process of reappropriating state property in the capital. New districts courts are also presently adjudicating land disputes over private property.
