It feels great and sad too. Great in the sense you are established, mature and know yourself very well. You are more worldly and are at your prime. Sad because if you are a Somali male, you belong to an age group that suffered the greatest decline in population with the demographics being stark in certain regions of the country. This is due to the conflict which took the lives of many young men coming of age in the late 80s and 90s who were born in the mid 60s to the 70s.

When you reach 40 your whole skin will be wrinkled. The skin of your body will sag and it goes towards the south. Your ears become larger you will feel old, old and old. Appetite and sleeping will be deprived from you and you will be very tired too

kambuli@looooooooooool

what a pathetic majeerten old dhi.lo. :stylin:

"40+ is the age of wisdom, the age when the prophet received revelation"

I think this was the BEST quote in this thread and ever. Bravo--dear Abuukar. Indeed, the age of wisdom, as our Prophet pbuh, really came to his own at that age. Remember in his twenties he was working and growing up wise, even working for his future wife who was in her 40s. So, kambuli--quit the woe is me, Look at Khadija, prophets business woman wife, she was our prophets pbuh employer and eventual wife. Mashaalaah. :stylin:
