No one takes you to court over that amount. Its not worth their time. Don't acknowledge the debt and they will write it off. All they can do is send you threatening letters and harass your phone. They will take you to court if its a big amount. You seem to have different debts from different banks. You don't go to jail for debts. This ain't Riyadh. You're considered the small fish. They don't go after people like you.

if it makes you feel better, i used to be $198,000 in debt and i payed it off, and living debt free.
and this is in a country where they jail your ass for debt.
in the US there are so many ways around this by not paying or paying some of it off and writting the rest off.
ask around.
