printing new currency for the govt is an assential startup

The govt is about to print a new currency with the help of sudan, this will change the things economically for the govt.
At the moment its the UNDP who pays every thing that fuctions the govt.
Let us take only mogadisho as an example, its annual revenues are estimated to be $120 millions
we are printing enough currency for 5 years... Just mogadisho $600 millions..
At the same time, there is another program wich is to welcome the private sector... For example in the electric sector, health care, housing...including the forieng investments, these private companies and corporations will pay millions for the govt each year, this will asset the govts national revenues like the tax revenue, ports, livestock, agriculture, fishing...
In this stage, the govt can pay its employees salaries...
They will start with the police.
Of course besides the international aid and we creating now our financial institutions so we would have a big budget to spend and banks to lend.
