Anime's are not cartoons, cartoons are really stupid and slow they are made for younger audience while anime's have a plot, targeted for older audience and every thing is more focused. IT ACTUALLY HAS A STORY and has a point whereas cartoons don't. Plus there are different types of Anime's for different types of audience. The Managa I'm currently reading is kinda for younger people, but doesn't stop me from reading it

The long pauses put me off big time. I remember running home to watch DBZ after school then regretting it later because Goku had an elongated convo with himself for a whole episode
