security councils next report on kismayo on 12 july

Post by sahal80 »

The UN Security Council is expected to release a report on Kismayu port on July 12 that will claim that Ras Kamboni, KDF, and al Shabaab are also still profiting from business in Kismayo port.
The somali govt has accused AMISOM-KENYA of not doing according to their mandate...you know the rest...but there is no evidence to show that kenya...apart from arresting a somali commander. There were no AMISOM dead bodies... As for the commander, the kenyans excuse was that he has been transformed into another region but his plane had a technical problems so that why lol...

This westren analysis says: "since mogadisho weak central govt does not recognize the title of president or the region of jubbaland, the kenyan troops are seen as opposing the central govt they are mandated and funded by the UN and european union to support"

Raskamboonis military victory needs a good policy to go along with otherwise the same problems will come back again. One of these good political tactics is to deal with the govt quickly and show readiness.

Kenya is facing big problems and may get reduced with more other amisom getting deployed in there. Its troops also may become a target for al shabaab as the society in there is divided.

Xamar cant be planning to create instabilty in Kismaayo yet want the IC to side with them.
Culusow is an imbecile he is using the meagre resources donayed for him as a jump start for his govt but he decides to squander it by giving former warloads cash straps of money to distabilise Kismaayo.
As for the Kismaayo port it belongs to the people of Jubbaland and whether they make profit or loss out of it will not make a difference. Mark my words JL admin will not bow down to Culusiw's tribalistic demands.
As for Kenya it will not be affected politicaly by amateur politicians in the Xamar regime who are inexperienced spin doctors.

So what is likely to happen, will Raskambooni take advantage of their apparent victory and deal with the government before this security council resolutions comes out, and when will the government stage this Reconciliation Conference in Mogadishu (I've heard barre hiraale, iften baasto and buralle are there).

Dude are you confusing Culusow with MSB?
Culusow is very weak and irrational polices will not help him create a viable govt.
Nor do JL give a toss about him.JL will proceed with its progress while Culusow's govt is facing corruption he is embezzling funds in the Central Bank using shady transactions with no proper audit trail.

It depends on how he plays his cards. Tactically, the govt is far advanced than raaskambooni. If he goes back to square one than the same old challenges will appear but, if he takes advantage of it and defo, this time, for the govt, the window in wich they see the things will be different atleast they will recognize him as an interim governor before the conference.

Kenya and ethiopia are now more supportive of him after the battle and there are security officials who are visiting some region so that two regions can offer to him a military help to hold the victory.

These guys have lost the battle but still are representing their clans hence the reconciliation.

Let us stop here.

News came up that says Puntland is sending an army to kismayo under the disguise of battling the as-shabaab.

Will the government allow puntland's army to go to kismayo and what happens to Kenya will they leave or replaced?

Lol at your civility! Your insensitive man. how can you be civilized when im saying don't drag me into this drama and you kept on and on.

You have to understand that the govt doesn't own the people. Read for some french thinkers who created the democary and the natural rights.

Lol totally wrong. We have different opinions.

Our friend is a nationalist guy but he doesn't know that evey group can be right or wrong or the hard reality and that there is a farad ceen, farad kifaaya, jaaiz, makrouh... He wants to impose only his faraaid al xamar.
