Ever had a near death experience?

I came close twice, but it wasn't my time to go AlhamduLilah. First time I almost shot myself accidentally in the neck, I was feeling dead just walking around the whole day, kept checking my neck for blood, I guess from the shock.
The second time I had a severe allergic reaction to something I ate, I didn't even know I was allergic to it. We take it for granted but imagine not being able to breath for a few minutes.
Alhamdulilah I am still here

Summer of 2005, I was at Canada's Wonderland on Muslim Day. I was swimming on the big wave pool and gradually I was floating to the deep side of the pool. Once at the deep side, I was drowning, and jumping up and down with the current to stay above the waves. The waves were getting bigger and bigger and the water was getting deeper. I was screaming for the lifeguard but, the sound was muzzled by water going in my mouth. The lifeguard was not that far away from me, I think out of cadaawanimo, he was ignoring me.

I thought I was finished, until this big, Indian man grabbed me and pulled me back towards the shallow side of the pool. Alhamdulillah, Allah (swt) sent that man to come save me.

You know when you're about to cross the road or pull out of a junction and then a car just whizzes past you. You hesitated for a second not because you saw it coming and most times you're like I should have gone by now then you realise you would have been dead were it not for that seconds hesitation.
Don't know if that counts but it happens to me quite a bit every time it's like a message - your time is not up. ..yet. I'll probably get run over at some point

Nusqiyaamo,
Shalambood,
Carbiiska,
Aarareey,
Panorama,
Adeer Dafow,
My closest moment was when my Beechcraft plane developed mechanical problems as we were trying to land it at an airstrip. The propeller seized up and were flying on one set. I am looking at the nearest airstrip below right in the middle of the jungle. We radio the air traffic control and are told that there is no emergency rescue facility there. We continue ahead and start to dump fuel to avoid a fire. I am sweating profusely and praying to God and begging Sheikh Jeylani, Cabdallah iyo Cawerere to intercede on my behalf. I don't want to die in a far off place without even a Mosque to have Salatal al Janazah. Fortunately, the engine comes back on and we proceed to gently put down the plane before alighting upon which I fell to the ground and praised Allah for rescuing me.

I remember not feeling well, my heart racing and feeling weaker by the minute I yelled and next thing I know is waking up on the sofa. I fainted in the bathroom.
And also every time I have an anxiety attack

Breathing helps and thinking of positive thoughts helps you ease off.

Yes, happy thoughts and keeping in mind wax uusan ilaahay qorin inaysan dhaceen.
The first couple of times I had no idea I was experiencing anxiety attacks. Alxamdulillah, I now recognize the symptoms and try to keep kalm and concentrate on my breathing.

Enough. When I was born, the doc said I wasn't going to make it. Yet I did.
