Is been confirmed by Ksa channel that means we are going to fast 29 days only instead of 30 days

This is actaully good news for shaydaan Yalaxow as he can hang aound for another 24 hours before they
dispatch him to headquarter Prison.

Everywhere I go on the internet says Ramadan begins on July 9, 2013. Even my local mosque MAS is praying taraweeh tonight.
