The still fresh but likely to gain momentum relationship between Isaaq, Darod, Rahawein, Dir and other important Somali pillars has nothing to do with Mogadishu's new status. He claims Kenyan forces in Kismayo are foreign occupiers but 17,000 strong Bantus shytting all over Mogadishu are locals. He is the biggest hypocrite since Sheikh Sharif and I personally believe Hippocratic DNA runs through the Hawiye blood. Remember Sharif used to say he won't shake no female hand but he was all over Mrs Clinton.

You tell me, what is the difference between 17,000 Ugandan, Sierra Leonean, Burundian, Nigerian in Mogadishu and 5,000 Kenyans in Kismayo?

You never see Cullusow talk about the Ethiopian unit in central Somalia backing ASWJ either.

Hawiye was/is indifferent to the Somaliland secession project. Isaaqs had high hopes when Xasan Sheikh became the president, and Somalia was fully recognized for the first time since 90s. For some reason they thought it would be a breeze, a Hawiye president would just hand them the keys to a recognition and make their dreams come true. hargeysaay you can feel the frustration here. Isaaqs feel they are slowly being sucked into a Federal Somalia. Hence the anger with Hassan Sheikh and Hawiye in general.

Although i do not agree with your analogy with America i see the point your trying to make about the importance of Unity.
there is nothing more precious than United Somalia if that could be achieved, but what you have to understand is that the same world community
you mentioned that doesn't want somaliland separate would not allow also a strong Somalia.
We are the only nation in Africa where people have the same language, religion and ethnic group (at least the majority).
Can you imajiin stronger and stable Somalia?
