With offices and studios in Europe and East Africa than any other “Star TV” will be able to cater for the needs of its audiences more effectively.
During the launching ceremony “Star TV” CEO Mohamed Hassan gave an introductory presentation and former MP for Brent South and Minister for Young Citizens and Youth Engagement in the Cabinet Office, Dawn Butler among other notable speakers at the function.

Re: A new home-grown British, Somali channel, Star TV Launch
hmmm, where did I hear this before? oh now I remember, I hear this sort of nac-nac just about every time Somali owned new tv channel is about to be launched. Universal, Somalichannel, Royal tv and myriads of other so called Somali media power houses have each promised the public pretty much the sky in terms of quality programs. As anyone who ever had the misfortune of watching these channels would attest to, the reality is anything but . These soi-disant state of the art tv channels are nothing but shamelessly orchestrated schemes to make few quick bucks and/or propogate the ancient Somali tradition of clan based hatred, that is all.Adan_1 wrote:
