Somali Ministers to visit second capital city of Somalia aft

After 22 years.
It seems the Aviation agreement between Somali Govt and Maamulka Sedaxda Magaalo was a victorious one that leads to complete unity.
After that agreement Somali Govt and European delegation are visiting Hargeisa which is second capital city of Somalia.
Finally the secessionists realized that the Confederates had more chance to become a seperate country in North America. With peace in Somalia the secessionists are feeling the heat and they are feeling that the cursed ictiraaf is losing Oxygen which fortunately leads to cruel and slow death.
A famous suldaan from northern region told his clansmen to accept federalism and not to mislead poor citizens with fake cries " ictiraaf baa ii carfaaya" while the citizens are dying in the mediterrenean sea looking for better job and escaping the ruthless life in maamulka waqooyi.

It does not say Somali governmental officials are allowed to freely roam in Somaliland only the airspace staff from Somalia in the agreement

A Confederate Somalia and Somaliland with equal footing and they share only Foreign Policy with 2 separate armies and police and governments can be reached but only with an official exit way out in agreement with a referendum un supervised. This can come out when the next talks fail. But this will be bad for the daarood of Somalia because there will be a smaller pie for the daarood in Somalia, it will be suicidal for them and u will get an outrage and the Jubbaland and Puntland will become more belligerent. Thats why full recognition is a better outcome for the Koonfurians altogether its better for their unity 2

The federal republic of Somalia cannot even go to Kismayo or control Garowe galkacyo bosaaso , no one is afraid about some toothless African union protected entity. SSC no longer exists by the way they joined Somaliland
