The SFG after attempting to fail to impose it's will against the current admin of Kismaayo, has started to show signs it's preparing to work with A/madoobe's administration.

A representative from Blackie's administration is currently in M-town to lay the groundwork for future negotiations. There has already been an initial meeting in Addis between the two sides that were unfruitful. However, the recent events in war plaqued city has forced Culusow to tone down the rhetoric coming from his end, as well as the endless obsession his admin was showing previously.

For a second time, Blackie has delayed naming his entire cabinet due to the on-going negotiations, he hopes to use some leverage with the vacant positions to come to some kind of terms with Xamar, in return for full recognition & other things.

It's not clear what length Blackie's administration will go to try to work with Culusow, even while Culusow's govt. continues to arm tribal militia to topple the current Kismaayo administration.

Today's meeting to extend time given for Blackie to complete his cabinet.

SFG army with barre hiiraale troops.. are around kismayo like a circle.. so madoobe to survive he have to fight for kismayo in my opinion..

SFG col. cabaas, barre hiiraale and other soldiers will enter the city with madoobe! not funny for him..

I believe Culusow will negotiate but it will be from a point that he wants to Delegitimize Axmed madoobes presidency . it will be suicidal for Culusow to Support Madoobes presidency , whit not getting something in return , If culusow does that he will cause enormous friction with in the Hawiye tribe. He will lose allot of support. But culusow wants to downgrade madoobe's admin , untill he finds away to get rid of the Kenyans. If culuosw compromises and gives into the damands of madoobe, and madoobe's jubbaland is recognized as a federal state by the SFG. culusow will also lose the support of the Marehaan clan who before the clash in kismayo were a bit divided but now are all against the Kenyan allied Jubbaland. If culusow Honers madoobe's Presidency it will be suicidal for him. But we shall see what comes out of the negotiations.

They can talk all they want but, I dont think the president will ever accept it, because all the Dirs D&Ms and Hawiyes who are majority in the two jubbas will be against the govt and that means another bloody civil war in those two regions. I don´t think the president will appease a weak minority who are relying on KDF over a strong majority. It´s against common sense.

Khalid trust me, Culusow will not do that! because it will be politically suicide for him as you said..

SFG army with col. cabaas are around kismayo, and close to kismayo! with the Intentions to attack! they worked so hard on removing Kenya! which they did!

So Culusow have to make snake move, act he is neutral, but attack from the behind..

Culosow is at crossroads here. His options are limited to be honest. Either recognize Madoobe as legitimate leader in Jubbaland and face the wrath of his Hawiye clan or ask the kenyans out and face the wrath of the Kenyans. We all know Kenyans won't go away unless Culosow himself raise the issue to the international community and even that it won't be easy. He also tried arming small Hawiye clans and some Marehans and that didn't work either. So Culosow now is really in between rock and hard place.

The best move for him now is to not officially recolonize Jubbaland and wait for the status que to change in the near feature

Mark my words: Never trust a person who is not Somalian Citizen period. They are from another country and well known backstabbers. Somaliland folks are more somali than a guy from Ethiopia.

Talks between the govt and raaskambooni are still on to reach understanding like the spokesperson yariisow confirmed it a week ago but the game has changed.

Raaskambooni controls now the whole kismayo and the govt is planning to regain it by deploying a multi-amisom in there and then implement its police army forces in there...

So its doesn't seem that raaskambooni to be able to hold its military gains in the long run without a good policy being along side with these gains.

I don't think the govt is ready to change its interim administration position, moreover, these multi-amisom forces could change the game and conditions than the way it was before under kenya.

The Ethiopian usurper of Jubbaland will be quickly humiliated in the coming days, Culusoow knows to be patient.
